Instruction:

1.Urine into small paper cup

2.With the hytromotivator in the tube,fill to near the top with urine.

3.Grasp hydromotivator stem and give slight twirl.

4.While tube is free floating,record the color reading at surface level.

5.Rinse all articles ,store hydromotivator ator in tube for next use.

6.Drink water if your reading is pink,purple or red.

7.Use up to 5 times per day for weight loss,diabetes,headache,pain control,etc.

Make a goal to attain blue readings,which indicate the body is hydrated.
